How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide the following details:
- Your full name.
- The purchase date.
- A brief explanation of the refund request.
Our support team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for courses. If you wish to transfer your enrollment to a different course, contact our support team to discuss possible options.
